记者前往象山探班《华胥引》剧组，当天正是迎来几日阴雨后的朗晴天气，剧组马不停蹄赶拍袁弘和蒋欣带兵对战戏。剧中两人都饰演将军，可谓“马背上的夫妻”，相爱又相杀。而饰演男一号陈世子苏誉的郑嘉颖正好没戏，接受新浪娱乐专访时他金色铠甲加身，直面“年纪大”、“造型雷人”两大争议问题，表示自己是从争议声中成长起来的演员，并透露秋天将出新专辑。
Reporter went to Xiang Shan to visit the set of Hua Xu Ying. Finally a sunny weather after days of rain, production team started non-stop shooting of Yuan Hong and Jiang Xing's scene of bringing the army to war. In the show, both are generals in their time, in love. Kevin Cheng who plays the male lead, Su Yu, happened to have an open slot hence was able to give Sina an exclusive interview answering questions about controversies about his much older age and ridiculous styling in this role claiming that he grew among controversies and revealing his plan to release his album in autumn.

由唐七公子热门小说改编的电视剧《华胥引》目前正在浙江象山紧密拍摄。4日上午，记者来到象山影视基地，天气朗晴，剧组人员透露，前几日都是阴雨天气，所以这样的好天气他们期盼已久，于是马不停蹄拍摄袁弘和蒋欣的对战戏。剧中两人既是将军又是夫妻，相爱相杀，从头虐到尾。而剧中男一号陈世子“苏誉”，身份尊贵，经历复杂，贯穿全剧几个大章，与女一号亦是上演了一段玄幻色彩的虐爱情深。剧中饰演“苏誉”的郑嘉颖4日当天早晨并没有戏，在记者到达片场后不久，他坐着自己的房车悄悄潜进，待一番梳化完毕，便坐到剧组为戏搭的白色大帐篷内等待记者专访。

Hua Xu Ying is adapted from a novel and is being shot in Xiang Shan. Our reporters visited film set on a sunny 4th March afternoon. Production team revealed that they have been having rainy days so this weather is something that they have been praying for so they were really busy trying to play catch up. Main character, Su Yu, is of honourable and reputable background with complex experience, and staged a colourful love story with the female lead. Kevin Cheng, who plays the character Su Yu was free on that morning without any scenes, arrived quietly in his RV not long after reporters arrived. After getting ready for his scene, he sat in the big white tent ready for the interview.

　　专访前，正与人聊自己平常爱吃拉面但最近吃很多泡面的郑嘉颖金色铠甲加身，发系珠串，刘海挑染一缕蓝色，瘦了很多却精神很好。专访中，郑嘉颖坦言因为剧本和导演李达超(曾凭《十月围城》获香港金像奖最佳武术指导)接了戏，并直面争议最大的“年纪大”和“造型”问题，表示自己是从争议质疑中成长起来的演员，演的到底怎么样，最后要看结果，结果才是最重要。之后，他除了吐槽自己总是被各种虐心苦情戏找上门，想演喜剧无出路，还透露明年才会回归TVB拍剧，今年秋天将出新专辑，出道20年演唱会有望开来内地。

Prior to the interview, he was just mentioning how he loves ramen but have been eating a lot of instant noodles recently. Kevin who appeared in a golden armour, hair beaded and bangs with blue highlights seem to have lost a lot of weight but is in good spirits. During the interview, Kevin revealed that he accepted this invitation to act because of the script and Director Li. He also challenged the controversies surrounding his age and styling claming that he is an actor who grew among controversies. In the end, it is the result that is most important. He also commented how he always attract heart-wrenching love stories. He is looking out for comedies but so far no luck and revealed that he will return to TVB next year, new album will be released in autumn plus fans can expect his 20th anniversary concert to be held in Mainland China.

怎么就接了戏？
How did you end up accepting this show?

　　郑嘉颖：导演先找上我 这个题材没拍过
Kevin: The director approached me first plus I have never done something in this genre.

　　新浪娱乐：是什么机缘让你接这部剧？因为同时应该有很多剧在找你。
Sina: Under what circumstances did you pick this script because I'm sure there are a lot of others to choose from at the same time?

　　郑嘉颖：其实我真的推了很多戏来接这部戏，主要因为我上部戏就跟李导合作了，我在拍《叶问》的时候他就给我看了剧本，他说有部戏很特别，说梦境。那个时候我在忙嘛，每天在开工，他就给我先看看剧本。然后正好有一天比较早收工我就想看看那剧本，蛮特别，我以前没拍过这类型题材的戏，那我就有兴趣。而且我对李导也很有信心，他很诚意地邀请我很多次，也刚好《步步惊心2》延后了，就有了空档。
Kevin: To be honest, I really did turn down many offers to take up this one. The main reason is because I worked with Director Li in the previous show. He showed me the script when I was still shooting Ip Man and told me that the script is very unique. That time I was very busy - I had to work everyday so he just told me to take a look at the script first before we discuss further. Just so happened that I managed to get off work early one day so I took a look at the script. It was indeed quite unique and I have never accepted any job of that genre and that got me interested. Moreover, I have absolute confidence in Director Li. At the same time, I received news that Scarlet Heart will be further delayed plus Director Li has extended his invitation on numerous occasions so I accepted it.

　　新浪娱乐：你看过原著吗？
Sina: Have you read the original work?

　　郑嘉颖：我是看完剧本才看的原著。老实说我觉得剧本比较精彩，丰富多了，原著只不过两本书，剧本就写出来有三十集。
Kevin: I did after I have seen the script. To be honest, I think the script is more interesting, more colourful. The novel is only 2 books but written into 30 episodes.

　　新浪娱乐：原著作者唐七公子有没有跟你交流过？
Sina: Has the author contacted you before?

　　郑嘉颖：我知道她是个女生，虽然她叫唐七公子，她是四川人。没有哎，我们没有沟通过。
Kevin: I know the writer is a female although the name sounds masculine and she is from Sichuan. No, we have not spoken before.

　　这个“苏誉”太老了？
This Su Yu is too old?


　　郑嘉颖：我一直被质疑 结果才是最重要
Kevin: I am constantly questioned but the result is most important

　　新浪娱乐：从角色本身来讲，你跟苏誉有一定的年龄差距，网上也都在讨论这个，有些人说你演就有点“太老”了，你怎么看这个？
Sina: From the character's perspective, you have a certain age gap with Su Yu. It is hotly debated over the Internet as well. Some say you are too old for this role. What do you say to that?

　　郑嘉颖：第一我看剧本的时候呢，就没有说年龄的问题，没有说他几岁。其实我接这部戏是刚才我跟你说的，是因为题材很新颖，所以我才接这部戏，还有是李导拍的，我对他有信心，才接了这部戏。那对人家说这些……有些人怀疑我，“他行吗？”其实我以前经历过很多这类例子，像拍《步步惊心》的时候，也有人说，“他也行？”我拍《怒火街头》的时候，我是第四还是第五(备选)，才到我的。但人家没见过你拍，有些怀疑也是很正常的，尤其是呢，看小说的人，每个人看小说都有他心目中的画面，那个人应该是什么样子，就我看的小说，他们拍成电视剧我都觉得跟我想象的不一样，但是最后，还是要看结果，结果才重要。你看了电视剧，你看了画面，有没有那个感觉，演的怎么样，才是最重要的。
Kevin: Firstly, there was no mention of age in the script. His age was not mentioned at all. The reason I accepted this show is exactly like what I mentioned just now - new subject matter and because of Director Li. People have questioned if I can do it. Actually I have been through the same in the past, people questioning if I can do it just like when I shot Scarlet Heart, there are some who said I couldn't do it too. When I was shooting Ghetto Justice, I was the 4th or 5th choice. The public have never seen you in such a role, being wary is normal especially those who have read the novel. Readers tend to form their own version of the character while reading. It happens to me as well that the character is usually not the one I imagined in the movies/drama. At the end of the day, the outcome is the most important. After you have seen the visuals, do you have the same kind of feeling. How was the acting? That's the most important.

　　新浪娱乐：导演说你有“王者风范”才找你，你自己觉得呢？
Sina: Director Li claims that you have the majestic demeanor that's why he came to you. What do you think? 

　　郑嘉颖：哈，自己难说，真的很难说自己有没有那种感觉，要看镜头出来。
Kevin: Hah, it's difficult for me to comment. It is hard to say if I have that kind of feeling, I will need to see the effect.

　　新浪娱乐：那你觉得苏誉哪些地方很吸引你去演？
Sina: Then why did Su Yu attract you?

　　郑嘉颖：其实吸引我不是单单一个角色，是整个故事。我觉得单元很吸引我，他怎么会去贯穿那些单元的？那个人物，还有那个题材。我不想拍跟以前拍的差不多的东西，那个类型的题材我是从来没拍过。你看我以前拍的戏，我都尽量不重复，尽量去拍一些新的题材。
Kevin: It is not the character that attracted me. It is the whole storyline, the character and the theme. I don't like to repeat what I have done before. This theme is something which I have not done before. If you look at what I have ever done, you can tell that I try very hard not to repeat.

　　刘海那缕蓝是怎么回事？
What's up with the blue bangs?


　　郑嘉颖：我也不喜欢 慢慢就习惯了
Kevin: I don't like it too but we will all get used to it. Give it some time.

　　新浪娱乐：那有人对你剧中的造型也有很多的吐槽声，说“为什么造型和我们想象的不一样？”，还有这头发上为什么会有一缕蓝色，这有什么特殊设定么？
Sina: A lot of people commented on your look in the show as well saying it is totally different from what they imagine it to be and questioning why the blue highlights?

　　郑嘉颖：当然是设计师的设定，而不是我的设定。其实他们说那个刘海的意见最多，那我刚刚看自己，老实说也不喜欢，但是慢慢看了就习惯了，哈哈哈哈！好奇怪的事情，有些事情，你看多了就顺眼了。就这样，哈哈！
Kevin: Of course that was decided by the stylist, not me. Actually they told me that they have different opinions on the bangs as well. I have just seen myself in the mirror and to be honest, I don't like it either but will get used to it slowly hahahaha! The weird thing is there are things which you will get used to looking at it. It's just like that haha!

　　新浪娱乐：还有人觉得你白色那身造型像你早年演的江玉郎。
Sina: There are people who thinks the one of you in white looks like Jiang Yu Lang whom you acted as earlier in your career. 

　　郑嘉颖：哈，那我又要说一说啦，我记得我演江玉郎的时候是从来没有白色的衣服的！所以说是不可能像他，哈哈哈！那还是看吧，看成品吧，看成品就知道演出来的感觉，现在很难说给你们听，就像那个时候演《步步惊心》，我很难说怎么演温润如玉的人给大家看，这要怎么说？说不清楚的嘛，你要演出来看了才知道。
Kevin: Hah that I have my opinion as well. I remember when I was acting as Jiang Yu Lang I have never had a white costume! So it is impossible to look like him hahaha! 

　　新浪娱乐：那苏誉其实有个外号叫小蓝，就是说他穿蓝色的衣服很好看，是个标志。
Sina: Su Yu has a nickname, Xiao Lan because he looks very good in blue. It is a trademark.

　　郑嘉颖：啊，就是这个！(指脑袋刘海那一缕蓝发)，就是头发啦！
Kevin: Ah that's why! (Pointing to his blue bangs) The bangs!

　　老演虐心苦情男为哪般？
Why do you keep acting in heart-wrenching love stories?


　　郑嘉颖：喜剧更过瘾 奇怪没人找我演喜剧
Kevin: Comedies are more exciting but nobody approach me

　　新浪娱乐：我发现你演苦情戏特别多，你觉得演这种情场失意、虐心的戏比较过瘾是吗？
Sina: I realise that you most of your dramas are heart-wrenching love stories. Do you think it's more enjoyable playing a role that's always unlucky in love?

　　郑嘉颖：我不知道为什么他们老找我演这类型的角色，我好像除了《怒火街头》以外都差不多是这样，但是你说我自己演的比较过瘾的，还是演《怒火》这种比较喜剧的，可是没有人找我演喜剧，好奇怪，为什么呢？没人找我演喜剧啊！
Kevin: I have no idea why they are always approaching me with such roles. Apart from Ghetto Justice, I think the rest are pretty similar but if you ask me, I prefer comedy role like Ghetto Justice but nobody approach me. Very weird. Why? Nobody wants me in comedies!

　　新浪娱乐：那很多也都是古装剧，没有人找你多拍一些现代剧吗？
Sina: You are also involved in a lot of period dramas. Nobody comes to you with modern shows?

　　郑嘉颖：其实古装不多，我去年拍的其他都是年代的，《叶问》就算是年代的。所以时装来说少一点。
Kevin: Not a lot of period dramas. All the ones I was involved in last year were aged dramas, even Ip Man but you're right, I have less modern ones.

　　新浪娱乐：很多人都想看你演现代剧，你之后会接拍吗？听说你明年可能会演王心慰的剧。
Sina: A lot of people wish to see you in modern dramas. Will you have any coming up? We hear that you will be in Wong Sam Wei's drama next year.

　　郑嘉颖：是，应该是明年。应该时装的机会比较多，因为是TVB的。其实现在说明年还太早，因为我看王心慰她自己也没有想好要拍什么，哈哈！
Kevin: Yup, should be next year and chances are it will be a modern drama because it is TVB's. Actually it is still too early to talk about next year because I think Wong Sam Wei herself doesn't know what she'll be shooting yet. Hahaha!

　　出道20年最想做的事？
What do you want to do the most after 20 years in the industry?


　　郑嘉颖：今年要发唱片 已经拖得不好意思了
Kevin: Releasing my album this year. I so shy delaying it.

　　新浪娱乐：那《华胥引》之后你13年有什么已经确定的工作计划么？
Sina: So after Hua Xu Ying, your 2013 is planned out already?

　　郑嘉颖：我还没发片呢，今年要发唱片。其实说了去年发的，但唱片还没录好，去年一年到现在暂时只录了六首歌，还差四首，所以这个唱片都拖得不好意思了，这个肯定要先弄好。
Kevin: I have not release my album so I will do that this year. Actually I was planning to release it last year but I didn't manage to finish recording. I have only managed to record 6 songs since last year, still missing 4 so I am very sorry for dragging it for so long. This must be the top priority.

　　新浪娱乐：预计什么时候？
Sina: When then?

　　郑嘉颖：秋天。我希望拍完这部戏就回香港先把这个弄完，要筹备很多事情，还要拍MV。因为今年就入行20年了，所以我希望今年能把唱片给弄好。
Kevin: Autumn. I hope to return to Hong Kong once I finish this show to finish off the album. There are a lot of things to plan for and MV to shoot. Because this is my 20th year in the industry so I hope to be able to release my album in conjunction of this anniversary.

　　新浪娱乐：你的入行20年演唱会有没有可能在内地开？
Sina: Are you planning to bring your 20th anniversary concert to China?

　　郑嘉颖：有机会，应该秋天吧。那么多地方，可能开不了那么多，可能香港一个，内地的话不知道会在北京还是上海，应该是有。
Kevin: It could be possible and should be in autumn. There a lot of places so I might not be able to hold one in all places. Maybe one in Hong Kong and the one in China could be Beijing or Shanghai but I will definitely plan for at least one in China.
