First article tells you what you need to do to register and 2nd article are the rules and regulations.

1) Go to the link in Step 1 to register yourself
2) Wire HKD150 to the mentioned bank account number and email the proof of transfer to fansclub@kevincheng.com.hk
3) HKD150 member fee is payable yearly and will be valid till 14 August 2013
4) First round of recruitment is from July 01 - 15, 2012.
